WHAT IS HIBACHI?

Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse is proud to offer a variety of dishes prepared by our professional Hibachi chefs. These meals are cooked on one of our state of the art iron grills, using modern Japanese teppanyaki style techniques.

By defintion, the word Hibachi traditionally means "fire bowl". And refers to an open-topped ceramic bowl that contains burning charcoal for heating purposes. In North America, Hibachi is traslated into a "small cooking stove", which is typically an iron hot plate or flat grill. Watch the hibachi light up at your kids birthday party!
