Ichiban's full bar, is managed by our certified bartenders who will dazzle you with many of our special asian cocktails and japanese beers. Enjoy a fresh Bonzi cocktail, if you are interested in tasting a Japanese twist on a classic martini. Or try a Ho Tai's Dream and wish for good luck as you are amazed at the well infused flavors of blackberry brandy and fresh rum. These are only several of the authentic asian cocktails you can experience at Ichiban's full service bar. Sapporo is our traditional Japanese beer that most of our customers like to try. Although, we have a variety of domestic and imported bottled beers as well.
We also serve an array or traditional hot and cold sake at Ichiban. Come cool down with a sake on the rocks after a long day in the sun at Onondaga Lake in the summer. Or warm up with some hot sake after a crisp drive at Lights on the Lake in the winter. Or, come celebrate after watching the Syracuse Orangemen dominate another SU basketball game.
